We are officially open at our vinoteca by appointment at our vineyard in Barnard. We are pouring our first vintage wines and ciders from 2010. We also have on hand our collaborative project with Eden Ice Cider, the aperitif Orleans in addition to their other ice cider blends and single varietals.
osteria pane e salute was founded 15 years ago on SlowFood principles. We are farm restaurant that also works with as many other local and/or organic farm-raised meats, poultry, and produce as we can find. We procure our fish from responsible and sustainable sources, be they wild-caught or organically farm-raised. Our aim is to preserve the experience of sharing a meal and the elegance of hospitality, and to take the time to appreciate both. We invite you to enjoy your evening with us.
