Reservations are recommended when you come to dine with us. Given our small size, we tend to fill up fast, reserving the floor first, then our little bar.

Since we announced our move of all our food~related projects out of our Woodstock space an up to our farm and winery in mid~April, we have had a heady influx of email for reservations, more so than usual. We are now booking for the last weekend in March and the first two weekends in April. However, we always recommend that you email last minute and go on the wait list as cancellations do happen.

If you are interested in learning more about our tavernetta + bar a vin (tasting room) and supper club up at the farm and winery, please subscribe to our email list for schedule, evites, and information.

We thank you for your consideration, and we look forward to meeting you at our table either here in Woodstock before we roll up the rug, or at the farm!

Our current reservation policy is as follows:

We are a working farm + winery. The {osteria} is a sister to that work. We are in the office on a limited basis and the best way to secure a reservation is through our e-mail address at psalute@aol.com. Office hours are usually logged in on the afternoons we are open for {osteria} service, Thursday~Saturday. We answer e-mail on those days. Sometimes the list of e-mail is very long and it takes us a while to get back to you. Sometimes, e-mails get lost in the shuffle and sometimes cellphone messages on the answering machine are victims of bad cell service. If you haven't heard back from us in a week, please don't hesitate to reach out again. It usually means something has gone awry in the ether.

We usually book out in thirty day cycles, but because we are only open until mid~April in our Woodstock location, we are filling up fast and as mentioned above, we are now booking for the end of March and the beginning of April. Reservations are not confirmed unless we have communicated with you through e-mail or with you directly. Our largest table accomodates 4 people. Because of the nature of our small diningroom and kitchen and that we are only two cooking and serving you, sometimes three, please understand we cannot take larger tables, or divide a larger table into two smaller tables.

We are very small with only 16 seats, and your reservation is a significant percentage of our house. We do not turn tables. Your table is yours for the evening. Because of our location, we do not often get walk-ins to fill last minute cancellations. If you need to change your plans, we please ask that you make your cancellation by four o'clock the day of your reservation to give us time to call our wait list and re-seat your table.

We look forward to seeing you!

thank you!
